Our house was not a cookie-cutter sale so there was a lot of go outside the box, very hard comps, ensuring the type of client that would appreciate the house got to see it, etc. We settled on Erika at Allure Real Estate. Erika understood older homes and the potential for the house. The prep, the professional people she brought in for staging, and the photos were top-notch. With her laid-out plans we knew what to expect, her constant updates, and of course her tireless work, we felt like we were her most important client, not just a number. She priced the house correctly, and because of her quick action in dealing with offers, we ended up selling for 120,000 over asking. The cross-country relocation process is undoubtedly a stressful one, but Erika made this transition as seamless as possible. She helped us search for homes in Austin while we were still living in Boston with very short notice to do so. During our house hunting trip to the city, she took extremely great care of us, driving us around the various neighborhoods of Austin and showing us countless rentals until we found an area and home that we knew we would be happy in. Her help was invaluable in securing a great home in a favorable location, working with the negotiations of the lease, and even making sure we were comfortable and settled into our new place.
